Stan Medalie (born 29 August 1948) is a South African businessman he is qualified as an electrical engineer and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York. He is the Chief Executive officer of Leonmed Investments (Pty) Limited, a family controlled investment company and is Chairman and CEO of DNR Group. He has focused on private equity transactions for the past 30 years and has been involved in the formation of numerous listed and unlisted entities including automobile, finance, foundries, franchising, manufacturing, media, mining, real estate, retail, sports promotion and telecommunications.
